A direct mailing list of Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep® vehicle owners involved in the recall for electronic shift levers. These vehicles indicate which gear is selected, but to get from “Drive” to “Park” the vehicle operator has to push the lever forward three times, which could result in a potential rollaway accident. FCA LLC US, the parent company of Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep, is aware of 41 injuries potentially related to this problem as of April 2016. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) stated the shift lever, “…is not intuitive and provides poor tactile feedback to the driver…” NHTSA is reporting at least 121 crashes related to this issue as of April 2016. Automotive News reported 68 injuries and 266 crashes by June 2016.

348,585 postal addresses for vehicle owners are available. These are not deduped at the household level due to the possibility of a household owning more than one of these vehicles. Deduped counts are available. Non-deduped counts by model for the US: 2012-2014 Dodge Charger: 121,484; 2012-2014 Chrysler 300: 101,309; 2014-2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee: 125,792. Although this is a world-wide recall of more than 1.1 million cars and SUVs we only have postal addresses for the United States at this point. Email is not available for this recall list.
