Julie Hedges is president of Hedges & Company and has an extensive background in market research, analysis, and mailing lists. Julie manages the market research practice of Hedges & Company and runs the groundbreaking SEMA Financial Benchmarking project where she polls thousands of business owners and managers each month. Over 7,000 companies have participated since the program's inception.
Julie has also managed extensive market research projects for various clients including on-site customer surveys, consumer and business focus groups, online surveys, and telephone-based surveys. She's been trained in focus group moderation. With her in-depth knowledge of response data, hundreds of one-on-one interviews with business owners and managers, and consumers, Julie understands the trends and market segments of the automotive aftermarket better than most.

Jon Hedges founded Hedges & Company in 2004 and has been growing sales in the automotive aftermarket, motorsports and powersports industries since the mid-1980s. Since starting Hedges & Company, Jon has provided superior advice and strategic planning to some of the industry's biggest retailing and manufacturing brands, trade associations and sanctioning bodies. Jon is an expert in Internet marketing going back to the early 1990s and has extensive experience in search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, email marketing, direct marketing, brand building and database marketing, and has worked in all of our industry's channels including manufacturing, retail and distributing. He has individual qualification in Google AdWords.
Jon started his career at the legendary catalog company Speedway Motors. Much of his career was spent at Summit Racing Equipment where he was responsible for marketing, advertising, and merchandising for over 13 years, during its period of explosive growth. After leaving Summit Racing he guided other companies to sales records, including Stylin' Concepts (now Stylin' Trucks) where he also consulted with sister company JCWhitney, and SuperTrapp Industries.
